Home Run Dugout

Home Run Dugout, the first-ever sports bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue featuring indoor soft-toss baseball, opened in spring 2023 in West Houston at 1220 Grand W. Blvd., Katy. A brand-new way to play baseball with friends, Home Run Dugout reinvented the batting cage, offering an immersive, social, gamified playing experience suitable for sluggers of all ages and skill levels.

The 46,000-square-foot venue has 20 indoor Batting Bays™, similar to the concept of batting cages (without the cage), featuring proprietary, state-of-the-art pitching technology and augmented reality, which allows players to simulate their hit in any MLB stadium, including Houston’s Daikin Park, and digitally track the ball’s exit velocity, distance, and location. Each Batting Bay can fit groups of up to 12 people.

For those looking to take their game outside, the venue’s Beer Garden Baseball™ mini-field is the perfect spot for league play or a pick-up game of whiffle ball or kickball, complete with stadium lights, an outfield net, RS3 Turf, and a vintage scoreboard.

Beyond the baseball experience, the venue features a full-service restaurant, a full-size concert stage, and three bars. An upscale patio and beer garden wrap around the mini-field with high-top, low-top, and picnic bench seating options. Enjoy the excitement of the big game on a 24-foot mega screen, which is the biggest screen in Houston. With this impressive outdoor space, HRD has begun offering an extensive concert lineup with exciting artists from a variety of genres.

Home Run Dugout is also the perfect space to hold your next private event, corporate gathering, o birthday party.
